What you will do • Help organize onboarding documents and employee files. • Support HR scheduling, data entry, and routine team communication. • Assist with people operations projects and a positive employee experience.
What you bring • High school diploma or GED required. • Strong organization, confidentiality, and professional communication. • Comfort with email, calendars, and basic office software. • A positive attitude, dependable follow through, and interest in growing with TESIM Electric.
