Job Description
The Apprentice Technician supports the service team by performing minor repairs, routine maintenance, and hands-on learning under the guidance of an assigned Master Technician mentor. This role is designed to build the foundational skills and experience needed to advance into a flat-rate technician position. OEM training and on-the-job mentorship are provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work alongside a Master Technician mentor to learn dealership procedures and technical skills * Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as outlined on repair orders * Assist with vehicle inspections to identify any additional service needs * Learn to diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs under supervision * Complete required OEM online training as part of the apprentice curriculum * Request guidance as needed and maintain an active learning mindset
Qualifications
* Completion of an automotive technology program (e.g., UTI, WyoTech, or similar) preferred * Ability to work full-time and maintain reliable attendance * Previous shop or dealership experience * Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive repair * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record * Willingness to follow safety procedures and dealership guidelines * Must be authorized to work in the USA and possess a valid driver's license. * Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements including background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Compensation (Hourly):
* $20.00 - $24.00 / hour * Based on experience and skill level
Schedule:
* FULL-TIME * Monday - Friday
