We're looking for a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. If you're passionate about PPC, love analysing data, and enjoy delivering measurable results for clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Responsibilities
As our Google Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing high-performing PPC campaigns for clients across a range of healthcare businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning, building and managing Google Ads campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximise ROI.
* Monitoring campaign performance and continuously optimising targeting, keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy and budgets.
* Analysing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
* Keeping up to date with the latest Google Ads features, platform updates and industry best practices.
* Building strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates, performance insights and strategic recommendations.
* Producing clear, data-driven reports that demonstrate campaign performance and next steps.
* Collaborating closely with our wider marketing team to ensure PPC campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
* A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for continuous learning and improvement.
* Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* A collaborative attitude and desire to contribute to a growing, ambitious marketing team.
