Opportunity type: this is a contingent proposal opportunity in WIL's expert collaborator network, not a funded vacancy. It supports a competitive grant application WIL is preparing; no award has been made, and there is no guaranteed work or funding. If an award proceeds and the staffing model calls for it, WIL may offer a project-based contract or consulting engagement. We will ask before naming you or including your resume in any proposal.
What you'll do
* Lead program design for outreach, intake, case management, and job placement * Build partnerships with veteran service organizations, housing providers, workforce boards, and employers * Plan job training, credential, and supportive-service offerings * Coordinate with veteran health care and housing resources * Track enrollment, placement, and job-retention outcomes * Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements
Required
* Experience leading veteran employment, reintegration, or homeless-services programs * Case management and job-development experience * Knowledge of veteran-serving systems and benefits * Outcome tracking and reporting experience * Comfortable as a project-based contract collaborator; remote US
Nice to have
* Veteran or military-family background * Prior federal veterans employment grant experience * Experience with veteran housing programs
