What You'll Do:
* Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to menus, dietary requirements, and safety standards * Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation * Assist with food storage, inventory, and support special functions * Collaborate with the dining services team to ensure quality service and adapt to changing needs * Uphold a safe, efficient, and customer-focused kitchen environment
What You'll Need:
* High school graduate or equivalent (required) * Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required) * 2 years of institutional cooking experience in long-term care or assisted living (required) * Preferred: Experience in fine dining alongside institutional cooking
