What You'll Do
* Take manual vital signs and accurately document patient information.
* Perform blood draws and administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider.
* Run in-house lab tests and prepare samples for outside testing.
* Maintain lab equipment, complete quality control checks, and keep clinical areas organized.
* Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking medical supplies.
* Support front desk operations when needed.
* Build positive relationships with patients and providers while helping deliver an excellent patient experience.
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED required.
* At least 3 months of relevant medical experience involving phlebotomy, injections, or vital signs OR completion of a 180-hour externship.
* Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required.
* Hands-on experience with venipuncture and injections highly preferred.
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
* Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Clinic Hours
* Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
* Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Scheduling will depend on clinic needs.
