Core Responsibilities - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
You're a Good Fit If You Have - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
