In This Role, You Will - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Build lasting client relationships - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients
Ideal Candidate Profile - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
