Client Support & Cruise Planning
In this role, you will:
* Provide outstanding customer service to clients interested in booking cruise vacations
* Assist clients with researching and coordinating cruise options, including cruise lines, itineraries, stateroom options, and onboard packages
* Answer client questions and provide helpful information about cruise destinations, ships, and travel requirements
* Communicate with cruise suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details
* Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings
* Stay informed about cruise promotions, new itineraries, and supplier updates
* Offer assistance to clients before and after their cruise to ensure a smooth travel experience
Skills & Qualifications
* Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Comfort using email, online booking platforms, and basic computer tools
* Strong organization and attention to detail
