About the role

At Skeepers, we help brands put their customers’ voices at the center of their strategy. Our SaaS platform enables companies to collect, moderate, and activate authentic content (such as reviews, videos, social posts) across every customer touchpoint.

Our mission: to boost acquisition, conversion, and loyalty through the power of User Generated Content (UGC). More than 8,000 brands already trust us to build stronger, more meaningful, and lasting connections with their communities.

Joining Skeepers means being part of a fast-growing company at the crossroads of marketing, tech, and data, where every voice matters.

Sound exciting? That’s because it is, and we’re looking for new talent ready to make a difference!

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, tech-savvy marketer to join our US marketing team. In this hands-on role, you will help build and optimize the systems, data, and automated programs that power Skeepers’ go-to-market strategy.

You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology to identify opportunities, improve how we target and engage prospective customers, and make our teams more efficient. This role is ideal for someone who loves figuring out how things work, experimenting with new tools and AI, and turning ideas into scalable processes.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing, Sales, and other members of the global marketing organization to build and optimize outbound programs, account-based marketing initiatives, intent-based campaigns, lead and account workflows, and other GTM programs.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable getting into the details and making things happen.

About You

* 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, sales operations, or a related field

* Creative and Tech-savvy and genuinely excited about experimenting with new tools, AI, automation, and emerging GTM technologies

* Experience working with CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, data enrichment, or prospecting platforms

* Strong understanding of B2B marketing and how marketing and sales work together to generate pipeline

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities

* A problem solver who can take a broad objective, figure out what needs to happen, and execute without needing a lot of direction

* Curious and willing to test, learn, and iterate. You don't need to have every answer, but you should be comfortable figuring things out

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other teams

* Bachelor's degree or University Degree preferred

* Must have valid U.S. work authorization to apply

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above - that’s okay, nobody’s perfect! We believe in hiring people, not just skills. We encourage you to apply if you think this is a role that would make you excited to come into work every day.

Responsibilities

* Develop and manage account-based marketing and outbound programs in partnership with Sales, including audience segmentation, targeting, messaging, sourcing and campaign execution

* Research and test new data sources, GTM tools, AI solutions, and automation technologies to improve marketing and sales efficiency

* Build workflows and processes that reduce manual work across prospecting, lead generation, account research, enrichment, and campaign execution

* Partner closely with Sales to identify opportunities, understand prospecting challenges, and develop programs that support pipeline and revenue goals

* Test new approaches to prospect engagement, including personalized outreach, intent signals, buying triggers, and automated campaigns

* Monitor program performance and use data to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, workflows, and conversion rates

* Collaborate with global marketing and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to scale successful programs across markets

* Stay up to date on emerging AI and automation technologies and proactively identify ways they can be applied to Skeepers’ GTM strategy What makes you a great fit at Skeepers: You’re driven and ambitious. You aim high and love turning bold goals into real impact. You act with integrity and take ownership of your work. You celebrate wins and learn from challenges. You value authenticity. You lead with honesty, empathy and respect in every interaction. You’re naturally curious, always looking to learn, experiment and push ideas further. You’re proactive and resourceful. When you see an opportunity or a problem, you take action. You thrive in collaboration and believe that the best results come when we act as One Team.
