* Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities * Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop innovative solutions * Design and implement tailored strategies and business models * Lead project workstreams and deliver high-quality deliverables on time * Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence * Support junior team members and contribute to their professional development * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice * Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing * Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction * Adapt quickly to different industries and business environments
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry positions * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach * Strong business acumen and industry insights * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation * Demonstrated leadership potential and experience working in diverse teams * Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) * Outstanding project management and organizational skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Commitment to excellence and continuous learning * Strong research and report writing abilities * Adaptability to different industries and client needs * Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are advantageous
