QA Associate

About the Role

This role is primarily assigned to legal/MVA operational quality function, validating lead and call data, routing accuracy, billing inputs, and partner-delivery quality within the broader customer-acquisition platform. Required Qualifications

* 1-3 years of QA, data auditing, call-center QA, lead-generation QA, or comparable quality-control experience. * High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work accurately with large data sets. * Working knowledge of call-tracking platforms and lead-management CRMs. * Strong pattern recognition, attention to detail, documentation, and escalation judgment. * Clear written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

* Hands-on Ringba experience. * Experience in lead generation, affiliate/performance marketing, or partner billing environments.
