Job Description
You will support clients to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life, building meaningful relationships and helping them enjoy life to the fullest
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support with daily living activities * Offer companionship and emotional support * Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping * Support clients with medication, where trained and authorised * Encourage independence and promote overall wellbeing * Accompany clients to appointments, outings and social activities * Build trusting relationships with clients and their families * Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns * Always respect clients' dignity, privacy and individual needs
Qualifications
* A caring, compassionate and reliable individual * Friendly, patient and a good communicator * Passionate about making a positive difference to people's lives * Respectful of individual needs, choices and independence * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
