Schedule: We are looking for per diem coverage: 7:00AM - 3:00PM | 3:00PM - 11:00PM | 11:00PM - 7:00AM
Please note: Per diem team members are required to pick up a minimum of two shifts per month. Shift availability is based on the PRN schedule.
What You’ll Do:
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming * Provide compassionate support tailored to individuals living with memory impairment * Promote a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality care * Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
What You'll Need: * Must be 18 years of age or older (required) * An active CHHA certification in New Jersey (required) * Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions and communicate in English (required) * Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required * Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
