Luther Oaks is hiring an Environmental Services Floor Technician to support daily floor care and environmental services operations in our senior living community. This is a full-time, day-shift role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do:
* Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining floors * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community * Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively * Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and team members * Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols * Support overall environmental services operations as needed * Contribute to resident comfort and well-being through high standards of cleanliness
Required Qualifications:
* Knowledge of floor care equipment, including stripping and waxing floors * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience
