🔍 Role Overview: Dynatrace SRE Enablement Consultant
Key Objectives:
* Enable SRE teams to achieve end-to-end business observability using Dynatrace
* Integrate custom business-critical metrics via Python
* Design and deliver business-centric dashboards
* Correlate technical anomalies to business impact with AI-based root cause analysis
* Monitor key processes across SAP BTP and Kubernetes infrastructure

🔧 Required Skills:
* Deep expertise in Dynatrace (architecture, Metrics API, dashboarding, tagging, alerting)
* Strong experience in Python scripting for observability use cases
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes monitoring
* Familiarity with SAP BTP services and their integration/monitoring
* Knowledge of Java, GoLang, Node.js (used in monitored services)
* Ability to coach and mentor SRE teams through collaborative learning
