Responsibilities
The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
* Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs. * Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. * Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. * Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
* Required: Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a Lexus or Toyota dealership setting. * Must have own tools. * ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
* The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $40.00.
