In this role, you will use 3D Slicer to complete real-world medical imaging and segmentation tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand medical imaging.
Scope of Work:
* Analyze and segment medical images using 3D Slicer.
* Work with CT, MRI, and other medical imaging datasets.
* Create and edit segmentation masks, 3D models, and volume renderings.
* Perform image annotation, visualization, and quality checks.
* Complete advanced 3D Slicer tasks and explain your workflows step by step.
* Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for medical imaging workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong professional hands-on experience using 3D Slicer.
* Experience with medical image segmentation, annotation, and visualization.
* Good understanding of CT, MRI, DICOM, and medical imaging workflows.
* Ability to create accurate segmentation masks and 3D reconstructions.
* Access to 3D Slicer and ability to record your screen while completing tasks.
* English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
* Ability to explain technical workflows clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
* A relevant master's degree or PhD in Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
* Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
* Clinical or research experience working with medical imaging datasets.
* Experience with medical image processing and 3D visualization.
