Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT)
Alhambra and Arcadia | $50–$60/hour | 1099
Compass Palliative Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide in-person care to patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and individualized care plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and quality of life * Monitor patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with facility staff and the healthcare team
Requirements
* Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapist license * Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program * Experience with geriatric, medically complex, or chronic-care patients preferred * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently * Reliable transportation for in-person visits
Position Details
* Pay: $50–$60/hour * Schedule: Flexible * Setting: Assisted Living Facilities * Employment: 1099 Contractor * Locations: Alhambra and Arcadia, CA
Availability Needed: 30-32 hours/Week
* Alhambra * 20 Hours/Week: 2-10 hour shifts OR 4-5 hour shifts * Arcadia: * 12 Hours/Week: 2-6 hour Shifts
