The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for our PRN nursing team. This role offers flexible scheduling in a faith-based senior living community that invests in team growth and recognition.
What You'll Do
* Provide compassionate nursing care to residents under the direction of the care team * Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions * Support personalized care planning for each resident * Build trusting relationships with residents and their families * Communicate openly with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team * Help create a supportive, respectful environment for residents
What You'll Need
Required:
* Current Illinois LPN license * At least 1 year of nursing experience * Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions and procedures
Preferred:
* Experience working with older adults
Shifts available: * Part-Time, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM * PRN
PRN Schedule Requirements
* Minimum of 4 shifts per month * At least 1 weekend shift per month * 1 observed holiday shift per calendar year * Available shifts: 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am
Pay and Benefits
