The Role Involves - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
What You'll Need - Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Strong communication and people skills - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings
