What Youll Do
* Run & optimize campaigns across Google / Facebook / TikTok
* Analyze performance data and drive ROI improvements
* Build & manage local Polish media channels (BD + partnerships)
* Maintain app store content & social media presence
* Guide creative direction tailored to Polish users
* Work closely with product, design, and data teams
What You Need
5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience Must have Polish market experience Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency) Fluent Polish; English preferred
Strong communicator, self-driven
Experience in consumer finance = big plus
Chinese language ability = bonus
