About Us 97th Floor is a digital marketing agency known for creativity, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. We’re looking for an organized, personable Office Assistant to keep our office and internal operations running smoothly. You’ll support the employee experience from an employee’s first day to their last, manage our core internal platforms, handle basic IT and purchasing needs, and help make the office a great place to work.
What You’ll Do
* Support employee onboarding and offboarding * Help manage access to company software and platforms * Provide basic IT and equipment support * Assist with employee credit cards and purchasing requests * Order office supplies and equipment * Help coordinate company events and gifts * Screen office phone calls * Support internal communications * Assist with basic billing tasks * Provide general administrative help to our administrative team
