Job Description
* Overall responsibility for business performance in Austria
* Development and implementation of measures to increase sales and revenue
* Development of sales strategies
* Budget planning and management
* Leadership and development of the sales team
* Organization of employee training programs
* Preparation of reports and presentations for the General Manager and auditors
* Market monitoring and close collaboration with the Marketing team
* Conducting sales negotiations and visiting key accounts
Qualifications
* Completed professional or academic education, or several years of relevant sales experience, combined with a strong understanding of business and commercial matters
* Proven sales experience is essential
* Strong negotiation skills and a sales-driven mindset
* Team-oriented personality with strong leadership skills
* Excellent organizational and communication skills and a confident, professional manner
* Entrepreneurial mindset as well as an independent, proactive and committed approach to work
* Good command of English and solid PC/user application skills
Additional Information
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Retail Sector. Your actual performance-related salary will depend on your experience and qualifications.
The position offers a gross monthly salary starting from EUR 4,500.00 on an all-in basis, excluding commissions and travel allowances. Depending on your qualifications and experience, an attractive market-based overpayment is, of course, possible.
