About the role
Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Commercial Pre-Construction to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. Job duties to include, but are not limited to: * Pre-construction coordination between estimator, purchasing, installation, and customer. * Detailed review of plans, specifications, submittals, and contracts. * Lead internal project pre-construction meetings. * Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. * Assistant Manager for Commercial Sales Department.
Minimum Qualifications: * 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience. * Construction software and computer skill experience. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation: The minimum compensation for this position is $45.00 per hour. The maximum compensation for this position is $50.00 per hour.
