HVAC Service Manager
Bonfe | South St. Paul, MN Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience

Bonfe is looking for an HVAC Service Manager who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and helping technicians succeed. If you’re comfortable coaching a struggling team member, recognizing a job well done, and holding people accountable, we’d like to meet you.
We serve residential customers throughout the Twin Cities. In this role, you’ll help our HVAC service team stay connected, deliver excellent customer experiences, and achieve results. You’ll report to our Operations Leader and work closely with other departments to keep service running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
* Build a stronger team. Hold regular one-on-one conversations and lead weekly team meetings that provide clear expectations, useful feedback, and support. * Coach consistent service. Reinforce the Nexstar Service System and help technicians put it into practice. * Keep daily operations moving. Coordinate with scheduling and other departments to address challenges and support efficient service delivery. * Turn information into action. Use ServiceTitan to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and guide improvements. * Create accountability. Address performance concerns promptly, recognize progress, and follow through on commitments. * Improve the customer experience. Help resolve service concerns and strengthen communication across Service, Sales, and Marketing.
What You Bring
* At least 5 years in a management role. * HVAC industry experience * A track record of leading service teams and improving performance. * Hands-on proficiency with ServiceTitan. * Familiarity with the Nexstar Service System. * Strong knowledge of HVAC service practices and industry standards. * Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work through competing priorities. * A passion for developing people—and the willingness to have direct conversations when needed. * A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
