We're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Edgecomb, ME! This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, has strong ducted installation experience, and enjoys working directly with customers. You'll be responsible for installing residential heat pump systems while ensuring every job is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do
* Install residential heat pump systems, including ducted systems and ceiling cassette units.
* Install branch boxes and refrigerant piping.
* Perform ductwork installations, metal fabrication, and related sheet metal work.
* Cut and modify openings as needed for equipment and ductwork installations.
* Assist with ducted system design and layout.
* Complete clean, high-quality installations that meet manufacturer specifications.
* Start up and test systems to ensure proper operation.
* Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
* Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
* Complete installation documentation using company software.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
* 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
* Strong experience with ducted system installations.
* Metalworking and sheet metal fabrication skills.
* EPA 608 Certification.
* Skilled at cutting openings and modifying spaces for HVAC installations.
* Experience with ducted system design and layout.
* Comfortable communicating directly with customers and explaining installation work.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in quality workmanship.
