Position Overview
A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Salem, Oregon. This is a 0.8 FTE position, approximately 30–32 hours per week, providing evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services to help students develop functional, academic, and independent living skills.

Responsibilities
* Provide occupational therapy evaluations and IEP-directed services in a school setting * Conduct comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility and re-evaluations * Develop and implement occupational therapy goals and services aligned with student needs and IEPs * Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and evaluations * Participate as a direct member of IEP teams and attend IEP meetings * Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and educational team members * Help students develop functional, academic, and school-related skills
Qualifications
* Current Oregon Occupational Therapist (OT) license * Experience working as an OT in a school-based setting * Experience serving as a direct member of IEP teams * Experience conducting occupational therapy assessments and evaluations * Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills * Commitment to supporting students and collaborating with school teams
