About the role
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team at Our Lady of Lourdes Heart Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana. Cardiovascular fellowship not required but looking for someone who is CV proficient.
Position Highlights:
* 35 Weeks of Service Annually * Monday–Friday on-site schedule during service weeks * Additional Compensation for hours worked after 7pm * 2 Anesthesiologist on-site daily, working with a team of 4 CRNAs * Beeper call during 7 weeks of service * 30-minute callback requirement * No ER at the facility * Cases include Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, and Interventional Cath Lab procedures * Cardiovascular fellowship is not required; however, candidates must be proficient in cardiovascular anesthesia * Echo proficiency required
Qualifications:
* CV Fellowship * Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure * Proficiency in cardiovascular anesthesia required * Echo proficiency required
