About the role

Drive Local Leads (Owned + Operated Clubs) Generate club-level leads through community engagement, local partnerships, grassroots outreach, and referral initiatives. Lead generation and conversion are the primary KPIs for this role. The initial focus will be on our Los Angeles BoxUnion locations, with opportunities to collaborate on lead-generation initiatives for other owned-and-operated clubs nationwide. * Research and identify local businesses, schools, apartment communities, and social organizations using AI and prospecting tools.  * Develop and execute corporate partnership programs, employee appreciation weeks, and local business promotions.  * Drive in-club referrals through competitions, incentives, and member outreach. * Recruit, manage, and activate club ambassadors to drive referrals, engagement, and local awareness * Be a consistent, visible presence in the clubs — meeting members and surfacing new opportunities. * Partner with club managers on weekly calls to spot and act on local opportunities.

Support Retention (Owned + Operated Clubs) Reduce cancellations and improve retention with targeted, member-focused engagement and events — especially among new members, where the early churn risk is highest

Create Club Assets (AI + Canva) * Design emails, in-club signage, flyers, and social graphics for the clubs. * Use AI tools and Canva to produce high-quality, on-brand assets quickly and at scale. * Proofread everything — catch typos, wrong dates, and off-brand details before they go out.

What We're Looking For * This is a part-time role based in Los Angeles, with flexibility to work from our Sherman Oaks, Robertson, or Santa Monica locations.  * Part time hours will vary based on club needs. * Ability to spend time in-club building relationships with members, staff, and local community partners. * Experience with boutique fitness is a plus, but not required.  * Strong communications skills and a willingness to engage directly with members and local businesses are essential.
