Job Description
The role of Master is a key on-board management position responsible for guest satisfaction by managing all crew and all areas of cruise operation either directly or indirectly through ship based Heads of Department. The Master of a Coral Expeditions vessel is required to represent the very best interests of the company at all times. This position would suit a motivated person who is looking for a change and new challenge as a part of a well-established nationwide marine team.

* Supervisory responsibilities; * Safety management; * Itinerary management; * Communication – shipbased and shoreside; * Vessel management; * Customer service. * Proven experience in a similar role; * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; * Strong leadership and management skills with a desire to coach and develop others; * Ability work well in a team environment; * Demonstrated safe working practices mindset; * Passenger ship experience preferred.

* Master Unlimited. * Proficiency in Survival Craft. * Crowd control & Crisis Management. * International AMSA Medical. * Remote Area First Aid & Advanced CPR. * ASSB or other country equivalent discharge book. * Passport.
