Responsibilities:
* Communicate with new and existing clients * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Assist clients with questions, concerns, and account needs * Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients * Identify opportunities to improve the client experience * Work with the sales and management teams to meet company goals * Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records

* Has excellent communication and people skills * Is friendly, professional, and dependable * Is motivated and eager to learn * Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic * Can work independently and as part of a team * Has customer service or sales experience (a plus, but not required)
