๐งฉ What Youโll Do
* ๐ฑ Provide positive role modeling and teach appropriate life skills to residents. * ๐ Conduct direct observation rounds during assigned shifts and document patient behavior. * ๐ง Support daily living skills through task assignment, coaching, and supervision. * ๐จ Lead or assist with individual and group activities and programs. * ๐ Orient patients to the unit and assist with the discharge process. * ๐ฃ๏ธ Use verbal de-escalation skills when a resident is agitated. * ๐ถ Accompany patients to meals, recreation, education activities, and unit-based programming. * ๐ก๏ธ Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
โ What Weโre Looking For
* ๐ High school diploma or equivalent required. * ๐ Must be 21 years of age or older. * ๐ค At least one year of experience in a childrenโs services program or residential setting, or completion of two years of college coursework in social sciences. * ๐ Valid state driverโs license required. * ๐ซถ Ability to successfully complete CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention training during New Hire Orientation.
๐ Schedule: Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available (12 hr/shifts). ๐ Day and ๐ night shifts are available.
