Key Responsibilities - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Provide attentive, client-first service - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
Qualifications - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Eligible to work in the United States - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
