What You'll Do:
* Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents * Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders * Maintain rigorous documentation and infection control standards * Collaborate across teams and respond calmly in emergencies * Uphold dignity and foster a positive environment for all residents
What You'll Need:
* Valid Illinois license (required) * 1-2 years of experience in long-term care preferred * Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) considered if licensed within 45 days of hire * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
