What You'll Do - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Provide attentive, client-first service
What You Bring - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required - Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Work authorization in the United States - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
