Position Overview
ARP is seeking a Primary Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients in a substance use and mental health treatment setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who are clinically strong, proactive, and passionate about recovery-focused care.
Acceptable Licensure:
* Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
* Associate Professional Counselor (APC)
* Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
* Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
* Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
* Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and determine clinical appropriateness for treatment
* Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and service plans
* Monitor client behavior and progress throughout treatment
* Deliver crisis intervention services and follow established protocols
* Conduct intake interviews and make referral recommendations as needed
* Document services accurately and in compliance with clinical standards
* Communicate significant incidents to the Clinical Director
* Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team
* Uphold and embody the mission, vision, and values of Southern Live Oak Wellness, LLC

Minimum Qualifications
* Active Georgia licensure or associate-level license (APC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW)
* Minimum 1 year of experience working with high-acuity mental health clients
* 3–5 years of experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred
* Experience leading group therapy and providing individual and family therapy
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
* High level of initiative, professionalism, and clinical judgment
* CPI and CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided if needed)
