What You’ll Do:
* Design and lead fun, engaging programs that promote the physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of our residents * Plan and facilitate daily activities, special events, and group programs * Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to individual needs * Foster a lively, inclusive community atmosphere * Use your creativity to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and special moments * Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff
What You’ll Need:
* Must be 18 years or older * High school diploma or GED required; college or related training a plus * Experience planning and leading activities or events * Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
