💰 Pay & Benefits
* Flexible Pay Structure: Choose the compensation model that works best for you—hourly pay plus performance incentives, or a 100% commission-based pay structure with earning potential up to 10% commission. * Unlimited Earning Potential: Our top-performing installers earn up to $20,000+ per month by delivering exceptional service and high-quality installations.

🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Residential Plumbing Installer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while creating a great experience for homeowners.
* Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water and gas lines * Perform system diagnostics and ensure installations meet local codes and regulations * Clearly explain options to homeowners and help them make informed decisions * Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and team members * Complete all required documentation accurately and on time * Participate in the on-call rotation * Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site * Attend ongoing training to continue developing your skills

🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of residential plumbing experience * Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered) * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic * Military experience welcomed and encouraged
