Qualifications:

* Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline * Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally within private markets, asset management or a related field. * Good understanding of private debt, investment concepts and financial/asset modeling. * Experience with or knowledge of the insurance industry and institutional investors is a plus. * Highly motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. * Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. * Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, including the ability to understand, evaluate and clearly articulate complex topics. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and senior stakeholders across different functions. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience working with complex financial models and developing high-quality presentations. * Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, including Copilot and Claude, to improve processes, productivity and quality of output. * Strong follow-through and attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and reliability. * Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required. * Professional qualifications such as CFA or CAIA are considered a plus.
