We’re looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our home health team and help patients build confidence, regain independence, and safely remain at home.
What You’ll Do
* Provide skilled OT evaluations and treatments in patients’ homes * Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, physician, and care team * Help patients improve safety, independence, and ability to manage daily activities * Complete required assessments and documentation
What You’ll Need
* Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license in good standing * One year of recent OT experience; home health experience preferred * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
