Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Sinking Spring, PA

Your Impact:
* Lead facility maintenance and repairs
* Uphold schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs
* Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team
* Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
* Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors, vendors, address maintenance and emergency situations promptly

* You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning
