In-Store baddteam Members play an integral role in performing the general tasks required to provide customers with consistent service and high levels of customer satisfaction. In-Store baddteam Members are involved in all aspects of preparing and fulfilling customer food orders. Housekeeping responsibilities also assure that a safe and sterile environment is maintained. In-Store baddteam Members provide knowledge and skill building as well as leadership for team efforts
Essential Duties Include...
* Properly recording customer orders * Prepping components needed to fulfill customer orders * Uniformly assembling and/or cooking pizzas, wings, subs and salads * Completing orders and accepting payment * Monitoring inventory and assuring timely and proper order quantities * Troubleshooting and correcting equipment problems * Maintaining a clean work area and equipment * Assisting with daily start-up and closing
Qualifications
Successful In-store baddteam Members Must...
* Be able to lift 25 pounds * Be punctual and reliable * Be detail oriented * Project a positive and friendly attitude * Be Able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers * Adhere to all safety and health regulations and policies * Be proficient in understanding/ addressing mechanical problems * Be comfortable in a leadership role * Effectively coordinate individual efforts toward team outcomes * Maintain good personal hygiene
