We’re looking for a 2nd Shift Coating Specialist to operate coating equipment, mix adhesives, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working with machinery, following a process, and contributing to a team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
* Operate and monitor coating equipment used to manufacture adhesive tape.
* Follow recipes and production instructions to mix batches of adhesives in our chemical mixing area.
* Use your machine operation or printing experience to help keep equipment running properly.
* Maintain accurate production and material records.
* Coordinate with other departments to keep supplies and materials available.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Support other production activities and help teammates meet daily production needs.
* Help deliver quality products that meet customer expectations.
What You Bring
* A strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.
* Willingness and ability to learn coating equipment operation and adhesive mixing processes.
* Attention to detail when following recipes, handling materials, and recording production information.
* Clear communication, dependable teamwork, and a willingness to take initiative.
* An understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles, including reducing waste and keeping work areas organized.
Relevant experience: Machine operation, printing, coating, chemical mixing, or manufacturing production.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
This is an active production role that involves:
* Lifting and carrying materials weighing 40–60 pounds.
* Standing for extended periods.
* Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, and pushing.
* Using hands and fingers to grasp, handle, and manipulate tools and materials.
* Climbing ladders and moving across stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces.
