THE OPPORTUNITY

KRAFTON's Commerce Platform provides the products and capabilities needed to enable convenient and secure purchases of KRAFTON's games and digital content for players around the world.

In this role, you will help shape the direction of our Payment and Wallet products, which are currently under development, and ensure that they deliver meaningful value to both players and game studios in real-world service environments. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can identify problems across the global commerce landscape and turn them into clear product strategies and execution priorities, rather than focusing only on defining individual features.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Help define the direction and long-term roadmap for Commerce products, including Payment and Wallet. * Identify the user and business problems that our products need to solve and clarify the core value they should provide. * Establish product principles and operating standards that enable consistent and reliable Commerce experiences across markets and platforms. * Understand the purchasing experience of players and the workflows of game studios and operations teams, and translate those insights into product improvement opportunities. * Lead the full product lifecycle, from problem definition, strategy, and requirements gathering through development, launch, operations, and continuous improvement. * Improve product usability and transaction experiences to build a Commerce environment that players and game studios can trust. * Work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, finance, legal, security, and compliance teams to drive product direction and key decisions. * Collaborate with global payment providers, Payment Service Providers, platform operators, and other external partners to ensure that products operate reliably in real-world service environments. * Define metrics that measure product performance and user experience, and continuously improve the products based on data and user feedback. * Bring a North American market perspective to global product decisions by understanding the needs of local customers and the regional business environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years of Product Management experience in gaming, digital content, commerce, fintech, payments, or platform products. * Experience working on commerce, payments, wallets, billing, marketplaces, subscriptions, or other transaction-based products. * Experience defining the direction of a new or developing product and leading the full product lifecycle from problem definition through launch and operations. * Experience making product prioritization and roadmap decisions while balancing user experience, business goals, technical constraints, and operational risks. * Experience launching and improving products in collaboration with engineering, design, business, operations, finance, legal, and security teams. * Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries or globally distributed organizations and building alignment around product direction and key decisions. * Experience defining metrics for product performance and user experience, and improving products based on data and user feedback. * Professional proficiency in both Korean and English, with the ability to collaborate and write documentation in both languages. * Legally authorized to work in the United States. * Willingness and ability to travel to Korea as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with external payments, Payment Service Providers, wallets, or digital transaction platforms. * Experience operating Commerce products at a gaming, digital content, entertainment, or global platform company. * Experience designing policies, operational processes, customer support workflows, or incident response processes before and after product launch. * Ability to quickly learn new domains and translate complex problems into clear product directions. * Experience planning or operating game publishing platforms or B2B2C products. * Experience working on products across multiple countries or regions at a global gaming or entertainment company. * Sustained interest in the gaming industry and global publishing policies and trends. * Experience using data analysis to inform product decisions. * Genuine interest in games and a strong commitment to delivering great player experiences.
