What You'll Be Doing
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries. * Help customers understand available automotive services. * Provide information about windshield repairs, replacements, window tinting, and other vehicle care services. * Assist customers with scheduling appointments. * Gather customer information and maintain accurate records. * Communicate with customers regarding appointments and service updates. * Help resolve customer questions and concerns. * Coordinate with technicians and other team members. * Deliver a positive customer experience from beginning to end.

No previous experience is necessary!
