* Previous leadership experience within hospitality, retail, customer service, or quick service restaurant environments * A genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences and meaningful connections * Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills * The ability to lead, coach and develop team members * High levels of energy, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude * Experience managing operations, supporting sales performance, or leading teams is highly regarded * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
