Job Description:
Compass Palliative Care, a California-based leading mobile palliative care provider is seeking a Marketing Representative for Dallas, Texas area.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Requirements:
* Ideally, potential candidates will have a 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as they will be working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services.
* Strong account management and people skills are a must.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Cold calling leads for new business.
* Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory.
* Scheduling and conducting educational in-services.
* Providing the highest level of customer service.
* Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.

Pay: $75,000 annually plus a competitive bonus structure.
