About the role

Job Description

This is a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality role supporting a busy six-floor corporate office with multiple kitchens, pantries, conference rooms, and near-daily catered events. Hospitality Associates are expected to work independently with minimal supervision while completing five daily floor sweeps, maintaining hospitality spaces every two hours (and as needed), setting up and breaking down meetings and events, coordinating food deliveries, managing vendors, restocking supplies, and ensuring conference rooms are fully prepared with catering, beverages, and audio/visual equipment.

The office typically hosts 5-10 catered events per day, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a constantly changing environment. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet for most of the day, multitasking, and delivering exceptional customer service while anticipating client needs. A Food Handler Certificate is strongly preferred due to the volume of food service responsibilities, though training can be provided.

This role offers clear opportunities for growth into a Senior Hospitality Associate position with increased responsibility for leading office-wide hospitality programs and recurring events. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, dependable, proactive problem-solvers who enjoy working in a high-energy environment and taking ownership of their work.
