The Opportunity
As an In-Home Design Consultant, you’ll meet with homeowners who have expressed interest in improving their homes. You’ll listen to their needs, evaluate their projects, present customized solutions, and guide them through the purchasing decision.
We provide scheduled appointments, comprehensive product training, a structured sales process, and ongoing management support. Your responsibility is to bring the preparation, professionalism, and commitment necessary to turn those opportunities into satisfied customers.

Primary Responsibilities
* Conduct professional in-home consultations with prospective customers. * Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate remodeling solutions. * Present our products, installation process, warranties, and company advantages. * Design projects using our presentation and design software. * Confidently present proposals, address concerns, and secure sales. * Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings. * Maintain high standards of professionalism, follow-through, and customer service. * What We’re Looking For * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivation, discipline, and personal accountability. * Confidence in presenting solutions and asking for the sale. * A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve. * The ability to work independently while contributing to a team. * Previous sales experience is preferred, but individuals with the right attitude and aptitude are encouraged to apply.
